Project Management

Critical to the successful delivery of any of our projects is to have a fully supported project management service.

To help us achieve this we are ISO9001:2015 accredited. The various members of staff that make up our project management team, have many years qualified experience in handling and delivering small to large scale projects. Primarily, we work very closely with the main contractor team, and having an open and honest dialogue throughout the length of the project, with all stakeholders involved, usually results in the successful delivery of the project, on time and on budget.

Whether its a full FF&E package (fitted and loose furniture) or a fitted only installation, we will project manage end-to-end, from initial site surveys, manufacture, through to installation and handover.
